The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to contact requests, and pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you request a service quote.

5. How Data is Transmitted and Stored

Form messages are sent via SMTP with TLS encryption to the info@zsengineers.gr mailbox, which is hosted by our hosting provider on servers located outside the EU. The transfer is carried out with appropriate safeguards (provider's Standard Contractual Clauses).

Data is not shared with other third parties and is not used for advertising.

6. Retention Period

We retain your contact data for 24 months from the last interaction, unless a professional engagement develops, in which case Greek tax law retention periods apply (generally 10 years for invoice records).
