Regular Building Permit is required for the execution of any construction work, as well as for constructions with a budget of more than 25,000.00 €. The issuance of a Building Permit requires a multitude of studies of multiple specialties and full knowledge of the New Building Regulations and the Building Conditions of each area. The validity of the Building Permit is four (4) years and there is a possibility of its revision.
