CERTIFICATE OF BUILDING ENERGY PERFORMANCE

According to the Energy Efficiency Regulation of Buildings (Κ.Εν.Α.Κ.) the Energy Efficiency Certificate (Π.Ε.Α.) reflects the energy classification of the building. The publication of Π.Ε.Α. is mandatory for the sale and rental (long-term, short-term, subletting) of each building / building unit.
